Alton Floor Scrubber - Refund & Warranty Policy

At Alton Floor Scrubber, we stand behind the quality of our industrial cleaning equipment. As a direct manufacturer, our policies are designed to support professional and B2B buyers.

1. Warranty Coverage

1-Year Limited Warranty: All new Alton Floor Scrubbers and Sweepers come with a 1-year limited warranty on major components (motors, controllers, and structural chassis) from the date of delivery.
Exclusions: Wear-and-tear items such as brushes, squeegees, rubber skirts, gaskets, and filters are considered consumables and are not covered under the standard warranty once used.

2. Returns and Exchanges

B2B Sales Finality: Due to the industrial nature and weight of our equipment, all B2B and wholesale sales are considered final. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects that cannot be rectified by replacement parts.
Defective on Arrival (DOA): If a machine is found to be defective upon initial unboxing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with video/photo evidence. We will provide replacement parts or a full machine exchange at our discretion.
Order Cancellation: Custom OEM/ODM orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced (deposit paid).

3. Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect equipment upon arrival. Any visible damage to packaging must be noted on the bill of lading before signing. Claims for transit damage must be filed with the carrier and notified to Alton within 48 hours.
